This is a fun read. Melissa from Melissa's Musing was right. Harriet is a feisty, smart, tenacious, compassionate young woman with a realistic outlook on life. She's overcome some obstacles and has had a very unconventional upbringing. She may be falling for her benefactor, to her dismay.
